CALL CENTER AGENT – HIRING NOW
We are currently hiring a Call Center Agent to handle customer calls, provide support, and ensure excellent service delivery. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are confident, well-spoken, and interested in customer service. Freshers can apply, and training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Job Overview
The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and providing accurate information in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Provide accurate information and support to customers
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
Maintain call records and update customer information
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Escalate issues to supervisors when required
