Description:

Keyestone Real Estate is expanding its team and is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrator to support daily operations and property management activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the Dubai real estate market and strong knowledge of property listing platforms and real estate documentation.

The selected candidate will work closely with the sales, operations, and HR teams to manage property listings, process documentation, handle regulatory requirements, and ensure smooth business operations while contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate property listings and updates with the sales team.

• Prepare and manage real estate documentation, including Form A, Form B, and Form F.

• Process Trakheesi permit applications and maintain related records.

• Coordinate developer registrations, renewals, and required documentation.

• Upload, update, and manage property listings on Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.

• Ensure all property listings are accurate, updated, and compliant with company standards.

• Provide administrative support to operations, sales, and HR departments.

• Maintain organized records and assist with daily business activities.

• Support continuous improvement and contribute to business growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate.

• Hands-on experience using Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle platforms.

• Strong understanding of real estate administration processes and documentation.

• Experience handling Trakheesi permits and property listing compliance.

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage priorities effectively.

• Strong knowledge of:

 • Dubai real estate documentation and procedures.

 • Property listing management platforms.

 • Trakheesi permits and developer registrations.
