Digital Transformation Consultant
Ultramink Technologies
Drive digital transformation engagements for enterprise clients in the Middle East. You will assess organizational digital maturity, build transformation roadmaps, and work with cross‑functional teams to implement changes across technology, processes, and people.
Responsibilities
- Conduct digital maturity assessments for enterprise clients
- Develop transformation strategies and implementation roadmaps
- Facilitate workshops with executive teams to align on priorities and outcomes
- Manage change management workstreams alongside technology implementations
- Build business cases and ROI models for transformation initiatives
Requirements
- 6+ years in management consulting or digital transformation roles
- Experience leading large‑scale organizational change programs
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent presentation and executive communication skills
- Familiarity with enterprise technology ecosystems (ERP, CRM, data platforms)
Nice to Have
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
- Experience with Middle Eastern business culture and markets
