Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Consultant to join our Dubai team. The role is responsible for driving new business opportunities, promoting our portfolio of IT services, and expanding our customer base across the UAE market.
The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while consistently achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify target industries, potential clients, and emerging IT trends in the UAE/Dubai market.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and qualify prospects through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, technical requirements, and strategic fit.
- Engage with C-level executives, IT leaders, and key decision-makers to understand business challenges and technology requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized proposals and solution presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Conduct solution demonstrations, lead commercial negotiations, and close new business opportunities.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Work closely with delivery, technical, and leadership teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, forecasts, and revenue performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in B2B sales of IT services, cloud solutions, managed services, or digital transformation solutions.
- Strong understanding of the UAE/Dubai IT market and customer landscape.
- Excellent prospecting, networking, relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are an added advantag
