KBR Abu Dhabi is currently looking to fill a PMC role for Senior Document Controller (UAE National) for an Offshore project to be based in Abu Dhabi (contractors Office).

Requirements
- Candidate having at least 1-2 years experience in Document control within any industry
- Having experience within Oil & Gas or any Engineering industry would be an added advantage.
- Previous experience with ADNOC Company is preferrable.
- Must have a Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain document control systems and procedures for all project documentation
- Receive log and distribute incoming and outgoing documents
- Review documents for completeness accuracy and compliance with established standards
- Maintain up-to-date document registers and databases
- Coordinate document revisions and ensure proper version control
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of project reports and presentations
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure timely document submissions and approvals
- Perform regular audits of document control processes to identify areas for improvement
- Provide training and support to team members on document control procedures
- Ensure proper archiving and retrieval of project documents
