PUBLIC RELATIONSHIP OFFICER - UAE NATIONAL

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an Arabic Speaking PRO & Administrative Support professional to handle government-related processes and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have experience with UAE government procedures, be fluent in Arabic and English, and have strong organizational skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process employment visas, Emirates ID, labor permits, and residency visas.
- Liaise with UAE government authorities (MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, etc.).
- Renew company licenses, visas, and other government documents.
- Prepare and submit official documents and letters.
- Maintain employee records and filing systems.
- Provide administrative support to HR and Operations.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate office activities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–5 years of UAE experience as a PRO or Administrator.
- Good knowledge of UAE labor and immigration procedures.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
PREFERRED
- Experience in consulting companies.
- Familiarity with HR or ERP systems.
