Assistant Restaurant Manager Arabic Speaker

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Assistant Restaurant Manager (Arabic Speaker) to support daily operations and help lead a dedicated frontofhouse team. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment and are passionate about guest experience this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
Ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction especially for Arabicspeaking clientele.
Lead train and motivate service staff to maintain performance and morale.
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a solutionoriented mindset.
Support in managing inventory staff scheduling and supplier coordination.
Monitor food quality cleanliness and overall customer experience.
Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
Act as a communication bridge between Arabicspeaking customers and nonArabic speaking staff when needed.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant supervision or assistant management.
Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Hospitality Tourism or related field.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Strong leadership communication and team management skills.
Guestfocused with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operating procedures.
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a busy environment.
Flexible and handson approach to operations.
