With a strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and timeless hospitality, the group continues to set the benchmark for luxury dining worldwide.What will you do?Support the daily operations of an award-winning Italian fine dining restaurant, ensuring seamless service and an exceptional guest experienceLead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to consistently deliver personalized, world-class serviceMaintain impeccable service standards, restaurant presentation, and operational excellence throughout every shiftEnsure the team has a thorough understanding of the menu, Italian culinary traditions, beverage offerings, and service philosophyWork closely with the culinary and beverage teams to coordinate menu updates, seasonal offerings, and special dining experiencesBuild lasting relationships with guests by anticipating their needs and creating memorable dining experiencesOversee reservations, seating plans, and service flow to maximize both guest satisfaction and operational efficiencyManage POS systems, prepare operational reports, and support revenue and budget trackingMonitor inventory levels, control costs, and minimize waste while maintaining premium quality standardsLead daily briefings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training to continuously elevate service performanceHandle guest feedback professionally and resolve concerns quickly while maintaining the highest standards of hospitalityAssist with scheduling, staffing, and team development in collaboration with HR and Food & Beverage leadershipEnsure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and luxury hospitality standards

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or Assistant Restaurant Manager role within a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurantBachelor's degree in Hotel Management is preferredInternational hospitality experience;
Middle East experience is an advantageStrong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to luxury guest serviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSolid understanding of fine dining service standards, premium food and beverage operations, and Italian cuisine is highly desirableExceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment
