Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain operational standards within a busy Asian fast-food restaurant in Abu Dhabi,UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
- Supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards.
- Monitor food quality and service delivery.
- Manage staff schedules and attendance.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory and stock levels.
- Support cashier operations when required.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with staff training and performance management.
- Maintain operational efficiency during peak business hours.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or restaurant management experience.
- Experience in:
- Fast Food
- Asian Cuisine
- Chinese Restaurants
- Japanese Restaurants
- Indonesian Restaurants
- Indian Restaurants
- Fast Food
- Wok restaurant experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Arabic language is an advantage.
- Preferred Nationality: Arab
- Preferred Age: Up to 36 years
- Male candidates preferred.

- 3 years relevant experience.
