Middle CRM/Email Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities
- Develop and launch email campaigns, trigger communications, and customer journeys
- Work with segmentation and personalization for different user types
- Analyze campaigns, cohort metrics, and product metrics to find growth opportunities
- Work on user conversion, activation, and retention
- Constantly test new hypotheses regarding content, segments, offers, triggers, and communication mechanics
- Monitor email deliverability, spam rates, and domain reputation
- Create technical specifications for content, design, analytics, and technical teams
- Interact with product teams to integrate CRM communications into product scenarios
- Manage email and mobile push channels
- Perform email coding/layout independently when possible
Requirements
- 2.5-3+ years of experience in Email Marketing or CRM Marketing
- Experience working with large user bases and diverse audience segments
- Understanding of CRM, retention, and customer lifecycle
- Strong understanding of CRM/product metrics and cohort analysis
- Ability to work with data and draw actionable conclusions
- Knowledge of email deliverability, spam rates, and domain reputation
- Experience with CRM platforms and automated communications
- Hands‑on approach to tasks rather than just delegating
- Strong understanding of content creation and writing technical specifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with mobile push notifications
- HTML/email layout skills
