Operating across multiple markets, the business partners with government and enterprise stakeholders to deliver large-scale digital transformation initiatives and is now entering an exciting new phase of expansion.
Job Description
- Define and execute the organisation's global growth strategy
- Lead market entry and expansion initiatives across international markets
- Develop and strengthen strategic government and enterprise partnerships
- Align business development, partnerships and marketing activities around a unified agenda
- Drive commercial planning, forecasting and performance management
- Build scalable operating models, processes and growth frameworks
- Lead, develop and mentor a high-performing international team
The Successful Applicant
- 15+ years' experience in growth, commercial, business development or sales leadership roles
- Proven success selling complex technology, transformation or consulting solutions into government and/or enterprise customers
- Demonstrated experience leading international expansion and multi-country growth initiatives
- Strong executive presence with experience influencing C-suite, board-level and government stakeholders
- Track record of building and scaling high-performing commercial organisations
- Experience within technology, digital transformation, GovTech, enterprise software or related sectors preferred
