Job Description
- Develop and implement AI, Data & Analytics strategy
- Build and manage high-performing teams by utilising strong resources in place and hiring additional professionals
- Oversee budgets and strategic technology initiatives
- Deliver systems, dashboards, and suitable products
- Drive technology build and implementation across the ecosystem
- Align initiatives with Emirate-wide strategy and vision
- Foster partnerships with global tech leaders and research institutions
The Successful Applicant
- UAE National with family book
- 15+ years' experience in Digital/Technology/AI/Data/Analytics with successful track record of leadership
- Proven track record of building AI, data and technology solutions end-to-end
- Strategic leadership experience with consulting or strategy exposure
- Strong ability to balance technical depth with executive decision-making
- Background in consulting, tech, and/or large private sector organisations
