eToro is looking for an Affiliate Manager . This person will be responsible for supporting the growth of eToro’s affiliate program by engaging with new and existing affiliates, supporting affiliate on-boarding experience, strengthening and expanding relationships, media partnerships and providing tools and resources needed for their success and satisfaction. This role will also support other marketing functions such as data reporting, project management, and business development.
What will you be doing?
- Engage with new affiliates through various channels.
- Support marketing affiliates' onboarding experience
- Search, negotiate, and onboard new partners from a variety of channels and segments.
- Service existing affiliates with effective and timely responses to their needs.
- Provide education to affiliates about eToro’s tools and resources that they can leverage to be more successful.
- Engage with Introducing brokers and academies.
- Collect and present performance data relevant to Marketing management.
- Support promotion execution and payments.
- Ongoing optimization and analysis to achieve positive ROI
REQUIREMENTS
- Native Arabic, a high level of English, and any other languages are an advantage!
- Deep understanding of the GCC fintech landscape and an existing partner network.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role and in a Global company
- Intellectual curiosity in the trading space, in addition to the equities space.
- Experience in different channels of marketing, preferably growth marketing.
- Experience in meeting monthly KPIs
- Demonstrate ability to manage projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
