Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager at Qashio, you'll showcase our solutions to clients through product demos and presentations to position us as the best fit for their needs. You're a results-driven individual who meets and exceeds sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions to improve their companies’ operational efficiencies by using Qashio.

• Actively seeking out prospective customers using different channels and outbound strategies.

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining sales activities and plans.

• Packaging Qashio’s features and services into engaging presentations, solid arguments or data-supported documents to entice and engage potential customers.

• Understanding customer’s challenges and pain points in order to present and promote Qashio as the best solution.

• Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled time frames.

• Utilising our CRM system to manage and track sales activities and progress.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a closing B2B sales role. Ideally in SaaS, Fintech or a Start up.

• Extremely proactive.

• Expertise in creating and delivering presentations tailored to audience needs.

• Relationship management skills and a can-do attitude when presented with challenges.

• Highly motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

• Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team setting.

• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

• Excellent proficiency in communication and written English, Arabic would be a plus.
