Hamilton Aquatics Swimming Coordinator
Hamilton Aquatics Swimming and Training is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Swimming Coordinator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates to manage and deliver our Learn to Swim programme. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead operations within a dynamic aquatic environment, guiding a team of swim teachers and ensuring top‑quality lessons for students of all ages.
Key Responsibilities
- Programme Leadership and Delivery – Lead a team of swim teachers, oversee lesson planning, ensure lesson effectiveness, and maintain alignment with the organisation’s teaching philosophy.
- Site Management and Customer Service – Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Learn to Swim site, handle customer inquiries, maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Team Leadership and Development – Mentor teachers, support professional growth, assist with recruitment, onboarding, training and performance evaluations.
- Administration and Compliance – Schedule lessons, track attendance, manage communications, ensure safety procedures and regulatory compliance, and keep accurate administrative records.
Requirements
- Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching swimmers across a range of abilities.
- Proven experience in administration, recruitment and working with KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills – face‑to‑face, phone and email.
- Experience working within a curriculum‑based environment.
- Valid driving licence (subject to UAE conversion requirements).
Desirable but not essential
- Up‑to‑date lifeguard qualification.
- Experience teaching adult and child programmes.
- Experience within a club setting.
