Listing Coordinator

Preview Properties is looking for a highly organized and experienced Listing Coordinator to join its growing real estate team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with strong knowledge of Dubai real estate operations, property listing management, and real estate documentation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property listings, coordinating with agents, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all property information complies with market requirements. Key Responsibilities:
• Create, update, and manage property listings across various real estate portals.
• Maintain accurate property details, descriptions, images, and documentation.
• Manage listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other platforms.
• Coordinate with agents to collect property details, documents, and photos.
• Ensure all listings are accurate, compliant, and updated regularly.
• Prepare contracts, agreements, and related real estate paperwork.
• Maintain proper documentation for property transactions.
• Support agents with administrative and listing-related requirements.
• Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and clients.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Listing Coordinator in the Dubai real estate market.
• Strong knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other listing portals.
• Experience creating, updating, and managing property listings.
• Good understanding of Forms A, B, F, tenancy contracts, sales agreements, and other real estate documentation.
• Ability to prepare contracts, agreements, and related paperwork accurately.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
