Logistics Coordinator, Air & Sea Logistics
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with the site operations team.
- Coordinating the efficient and safe operation of the yard by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
- Keeping accurate records and documentation of yard activities.
- Ensuring team availability for operations.
- Updating daily reports related to operation.
- Sending the daily activities report to manager.
- Ensuring that the team follows the safety rules and regulations.
- Managing total task in hand, completion date and work under progress.
- Performing any other tasks that may be assigned by the manager from time to time to meet business exigencies.
Qualifications & Characteristics:
Education – Bachelor degree
Work Experience – 2 years of experience in Logistics industry
Specific Skills –
- Bilingual is preferable
- Communication Skills (Spoken and Written)
- Planning Skills and Team Management skills
- Organization Skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- Able to work independently.
- Result Oriented
