Digital, AI and Innovation Internship

Responsibilities
Interns can support the Digital, AI and Innovation (DAI) Hub across several workstreams, including:
- Systems Transformation & Innovation : Conduct research on emerging policy approaches and contribute to horizon scanning of global trends.
- Programme Delivery & Capacity Building : Support digital and AI initiatives with Country Offices and develop capacity-building materials.
- Data Policy & Governance : Research data governance frameworks, data protection, and responsible data use.
- Data Analytics & Insights : Clean and analyze datasets, develop dashboards, and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Partnerships & Strategic Communications : Research potential partners and contribute to strategic outreach, social media, and newsletters.
- Process Efficiency & Resource Management : Track project milestones and assist with operational planning and SOP development.
- Product Design & Management : Participate in the design and testing of digital products, including apps and AI tools.
- Research & Knowledge Management : Maintain knowledge platforms and curate digital-related repositories.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a graduate school programme, or in the final year of an undergraduate degree, or a recent graduate (within one year).
- Fluency in English.
- Interest or experience in one of the DAI Hub workstream areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in database management and detail-oriented approach.
