Fulfillment Generalist (Part-Time, Contract)

Responsibilities
- Manage shipment of products from order to delivery
- Track data and anticipate problems to provide a seamless customer experience
- Manage member order fulfillment process and daily order distribution to fulfillment centers
- Collaborate and communicate with fulfillment centers daily to review operations and resolve issues
- Track fulfillment KPIs and work with centers to drive improvements
- Handle product substitutions in compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with the Logistics team on carrier optimization and delivery times
- Communicate with Customer Support and Customer Experience teams to address logistics issues
- Monitor inventory levels with the Operations team
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proactive and flexible mindset
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with 3PLs or in a direct-to-consumer fulfillment environment
- Understanding of e-commerce operations, inventory systems, and order management platforms
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and cost optimization strategies
- Experience collaborating with engineering or technical teams to improve operational tools
