Customer Service Scheduler

Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and send out scheduling links
- Attend meetings and take accurate minutes
- Contribute to company reports and perform data entry
- Interface with outside organizations to obtain scheduling information
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems in Google Drive and OneDrive
- Upload and organize documents in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Communicate with customers via EHR, phone, or email
- Send appointment reminders and reschedule no-shows
- Ensure lab results are posted prior to appointments
- Assist the VP of Clinical Operations with assigned projects
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Scheduler, or similar role in a clinical setting
- Familiarity with Zoom and Google Meet
- Excellent computer skills with Google Suite and Microsoft products (Email, Docs, Sheets)
- Knowledge of HIPAA standards
- Access to high-speed internet
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate's degree or formal administrative training
