A Day in the Life

Job Summary

The Commercial Digital Tools Leader EurAsia is responsible for leading the deployment adoption and continuous improvement of digital tools that support commercial teams and enhance customer experience. This role manages the commercial digital tools roadmap ensures strong user adoption and partners with IT and business stakeholders to deliver efficient integrated and scalable digital solutions. The role is accountable for reducing friction in commercial workflows and enabling effective use of tools such as CRM CPQ sales enablement and related platforms.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Define and lead the commercial digital tools strategy and roadmap in alignment with business needs.
• Oversee deployment adoption and optimization of commercial platforms and tools.
• Partner with IT business stakeholders and vendors to ensure effective system integration and performance.
• Lead tool adoption planning training communications and post-launch support.
• Gather user feedback and translate it into prioritized enhancements and future roadmap inputs.
• Coordinate release readiness change impacts and rollout support for new features or capabilities.
• Improve user experience by reducing system friction and simplifying workflows.
• Ensure digital tools support compliance productivity and commercial effectiveness.

Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant experience in digital tools commercial systems sales operations or business technology adoption.
• Proven experience managing adoption implementation or optimization of enterprise tools.
• Strong understanding of commercial workflows and system integration concepts.
• Experience with CRM CPQ sales enablement or related platforms preferred.
• Strong project management and change management experience.

• Reports to: VP for Business Operations EurAsia Enablers
• Key internal relationships include commercial teams IT Business Operations training or change teams and leadership stakeholders.
• Works with vendors platform providers and implementation partners as required.
• Collaborates with end users to understand needs adoption barriers and improvement opportunities.
