Job Overview
* Create and curate engaging, high-quality, and original content, including text, images, and videos, that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid social media advertising.
* Monitor and analyse the performance of digital channels using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports on key metrics and campaign ROI.
* Manage and grow the online community, responding to comments and customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborate with internal marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and a cohesive digital presence.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest digital media trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of the industry. Qualifications * Proven experience in a digital media, social media management, or digital marketing role.
* A strong portfolio showcasing successful digital campaigns and content creation.
* Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
* Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong creative and analytical abilities.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
