Description:

Al Farah Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cost Controller (F&B) to manage food and beverage cost control activities in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and experience managing inventory, budgets, and cost optimization within the hospitality industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring expenses, analyzing costs, preparing management reports, and ensuring effective control over food and beverage inventory. Candidates with strong Excel skills, SAP knowledge, and immediate availability will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage short-term and long-term planning for food and beverage cost control and pricing activities.

• Calculate food and beverage item costs and monitor cost estimates.

• Review expense reports to ensure accuracy and reasonableness.

• Conduct cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and improvement.

• Monitor budgets and ensure spending remains within approved limits.

• Prepare cost and expense reports for management review.

• Control food and beverage inventory, wastage, and overall cost management.

• Conduct weekly, monthly, and year-end inventory counts.

• Prepare inventory variance reports and provide analysis.

• Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in cost control or related accounting roles.

• UAE Driving License is mandatory.

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.

• Good data analysis and logical thinking abilities.

• Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and time management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

• Strong knowledge of:

 • F&B cost control and inventory management

 • Financial analysis and reporting

 • Excel, MS Office, and SAP systems
