Description:

Wescon International BV is seeking an experienced Document Controller (QMS) to join its office-based team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO documentation, and QA/QC processes who can efficiently manage technical documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.

The successful candidate will oversee document control activities, maintain quality records, support audit processes, and coordinate documentation with clients and subcontractors while ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance across all documentation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage NCRs, MRBs, QA/QC records, and other quality-related documentation.

• Maintain document control procedures, revisions, version history, and traceability.

• Prepare inspection reports, handover dossiers, and project documentation packages.

• Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

• Coordinate documentation with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

• Prepare weekly and monthly document status reports.

• Upload, organize, and maintain records within the document management system.

• Ensure all controlled documents are accurate, up to date, and properly archived.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in document control.

• Experience working with QMS and ISO-certified organizations is preferred.

• UAE experience will be considered an advantage.

• Hands-on experience with document management software.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Strong knowledge of:

• QA/QC documentation and quality records

• ISO standards and compliance requirements

• Document control systems and document management software
