Description:
Dorsch is seeking an experienced Document Controller (Aconex) to join its team in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a solid background in engineering consultancy or construction projects who have extensive experience managing project documentation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate document control processes, ensuring project records are properly managed, and supporting smooth communication across project teams. Candidates must currently be available in the UAE to be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project documents using the Aconex document management system.
• Maintain document registers, filing systems, transmittals, and correspondence.
• Ensure project documentation is organized, accurate, and up to date.
• Coordinate document control activities with internal teams and project stakeholders.
• Support compliance with document management procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous experience with a construction company, engineering consultancy, infrastructure, or major engineering/construction projects.
• Must be currently available in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Aconex document management system.
• Document control, filing, and document registers.
• Project documentation, transmittals, and correspondence.
