Description:

Platinum Inc Consultancy is hiring an experienced Document Controller for a contracting company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE experience in document control operations and the ability to manage project documentation efficiently.

Candidates with experience in high-rise residential or commercial building projects will be preferred. The role requires excellent organizational skills, knowledge of document management systems, and the ability to coordinate technical documents with project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain project documents, records, and filing systems.

• Handle drawings, technical documents, RFIs, submittals, and project correspondence.

• Ensure proper document tracking, distribution, and revision control.

• Coordinate with project teams to maintain accurate documentation.

• Support document management procedures throughout project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any relevant field.

• 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Document Controller in a contracting company.

• Experience in high-rise residential or commercial building projects is preferred.

• Good knowledge of document control procedures and filing systems.

• Proficient in Aconex, EDMS, MS Office, and Excel.

• Good coordination and communication skills.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:

 • Document management systems and filing procedures

 • Aconex, EDMS, and MS Office tools

 • Technical documentation, RFIs, and submittal processes
