CEM India Projects Limited is seeking an experienced Document Controller to support its construction projects across the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for organized professionals with construction industry experience who can efficiently manage project documentation while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely coordination across project teams.

The selected candidate will oversee document control processes, maintain project filing systems, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and construction teams to ensure all project documentation is properly managed. Immediate joiners currently available in the UAE on a Visit Visa are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain project documentation for construction projects.

• Control the receipt, distribution, filing, tracking, and retrieval of project documents.

• Maintain document registers, numbering systems, and revision control.

• Coordinate document submissions with engineering, construction, procurement, QA/QC, and project teams.

• Prepare and track transmittals, submissions, approvals, and document revisions.

• Maintain both electronic and hard-copy filing systems.

• Monitor document status and follow up on pending approvals and submissions.

• Ensure all project documents are properly controlled, updated, and archived.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.

• 2–5 years of Document Control experience in the construction industry.

• Experience with building, infrastructure, civil, marine, or MEP projects will be an advantage.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experience with EDMS or other document management systems is preferred.

• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

• Immediate joiners currently available in the UAE on a Visit Visa are strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Document control procedures and revision management.

• EDMS and project documentation systems.

• Construction documentation and Microsoft Office applications.
