Document Controller - Construction

We are hiring a Document Controller with construction industry experience to manage project documentation, submissions and coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage physical and digital project documentation and filing
• Prepare, review and track project submittals, correspondence, invoices and reports
• Maintain document logs, registers and records
• Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports
• Coordinate document flow between project teams, clients and consultants
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims and project correspondence
• Apply for DM inspections, authority approvals and renewals
• Ensure documentation meets project requirements and standards
• Support site office administrative and documentation requirements

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Document Controller in construction
• Strong knowledge of project documentation and document control procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• UAE construction experience is mandatory
