Document Controller - Construction

We are hiring a Document Controller with construction industry experience to manage project documentation, submissions and coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage physical and digital project documentation and filing
- Prepare, review and track project submittals, correspondence, invoices and reports
- Maintain document logs, registers and records
- Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports
- Coordinate document flow between project teams, clients and consultants
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims and project correspondence
- Apply for DM inspections, authority approvals and renewals
- Ensure documentation meets project requirements and standards
- Support site office administrative and documentation requirements
Requirements
- Relevant experience as a Document Controller in construction
- Strong knowledge of project documentation and document control procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- UAE construction experience is mandatory
