Description:
Jobright.ai is seeking an Entry-Level Data Labeling Specialist to support the development of AI-powered job search products. This remote opportunity is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who are interested in artificial intelligence, data quality, and improving how AI systems understand and process information.
The selected candidate will review and annotate text-based and structured data, evaluate AI-generated content, follow detailed labeling guidelines, and contribute feedback to improve data accuracy. This role offers an opportunity to work with AI agents and gain hands-on experience in a growing technology environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review, categorize, and annotate text-based and structured data accurately.
• Apply detailed annotation guidelines consistently across different datasets.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for relevance, quality, and policy compliance.
• Identify unclear examples, edge cases, and recurring data quality issues.
• Document annotation decisions and provide feedback to improve guidelines.
• Participate in quality reviews and help resolve labeling inconsistencies.
• Achieve accuracy and productivity targets while working remotely.
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written instructions.
• Clear written communication skills and good judgment.
• Comfortable performing repetitive and detail-focused tasks.
• Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and web-based tools.
• Ability to manage time independently in a remote work environment.
• Previous experience in annotation, content review, research, or data entry is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI, language models, job-search data, or taxonomy systems is an advantage.
• Experience working with quality metrics or structured review processes is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
