Description:

Twin Health is seeking an experienced Email & SMS Specialist to manage and optimize its digital acquisition channels. Twin Health uses AI Digital Twin technology to help improve metabolic health and support people in managing chronic conditions such as type 2 diabetes and obesity.

This role will own email and SMS channel execution, including campaign testing, segmentation, deliverability improvements, and launching a new SMS program. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in marketing automation platforms, with the ability to improve customer engagement through data-driven strategies.

The position reports to the Associate Director of Acquisition Strategy & Channel Ops and focuses on execution, optimization, and continuous testing across email and SMS channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete email marketing program, including creative testing, campaign cadence, segmentation, and daily Braze platform operations.

• Improve email deliverability and resolve inbox placement challenges, including Gmail Promotions tab performance issues.

• Build and launch Twin Health’s first SMS marketing program using the existing Braze platform.

• Manage SMS consent requirements and support TCPA compliance processes.

• Maintain detailed documentation of campaign decisions, creative testing, audience segmentation, and performance insights.

• Ensure campaign activity can be connected to individual lead records for accurate measurement and reporting.

• Develop and execute email and SMS A/B testing strategies with clear hypotheses and success metrics.

• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and technical teams to improve channel performance.

• Use AI tools such as Claude to create content variations and improve reporting efficiency.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or related digital marketing roles.

• Hands-on experience with Braze or comparable ESP/CDP platforms.

• Experience launching or scaling SMS marketing programs, including consent management and TCPA compliance basics.

• Strong understanding of email deliverability, sender reputation, authentication, list hygiene, and inbox placement strategies.

• Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.

• Ability to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests.

• Comfortable working within an established channel strategy and executing against defined priorities.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Email marketing automation and campaign optimization

• SMS marketing, compliance, and customer engagement

• Deliverability management, analytics, and A/B testing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in regulated industries with additional compliance requirements.

• SQL knowledge or experience working with customer data.

• Experience collaborating with channel strategy or marketing operations leadership.

• Experience with healthcare technology, digital health, or similar industries.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
