Description:

The AI Training Company is seeking experienced Voice Specialists, Voice Actors, Voice Coaches, and Speech Professionals to contribute to an advanced AI voice and speech evaluation project. This remote opportunity is designed for professionals with strong listening skills and expertise in analyzing vocal characteristics, speech patterns, and delivery styles.

The selected candidates will evaluate short speech recordings, provide detailed written assessments, and support the development of AI voice technologies. Applicants should have professional experience in voice-related fields and the ability to identify subtle differences in vocal quality, pronunciation, expression, and recording environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze short speech recordings and create structured written assessments using professional voice terminology.

• Evaluate vocal characteristics including perceived age range, gender presentation when relevant, accent or dialect, vocal quality, resonance, and phonation.

• Assess pitch, intonation, rhythm, tempo, articulation, breath support, and vocal placement.

• Evaluate emotional tone, energy, expressiveness, clarity, and overall speaking style.

• Identify differences between scripted, spontaneous, conversational, narrative, and performance-based speech.

• Review recording quality, room acoustics, background noise, microphone characteristics, and recording environments.

• Document observations accurately and consistently for AI voice and speech evaluation.

• Collaborate remotely with project teams while maintaining confidentiality and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in voice acting, voice coaching, dialect coaching, vocal instruction, speech analysis, or related fields.

• Strong understanding of vocal quality, resonance, intonation, prosody, articulation, rhythm, tempo, and breath support.

• Excellent critical listening skills with the ability to identify subtle differences between speakers.

• Ability to provide detailed, objective, and consistent written evaluations.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or higher).

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Reliable internet connection and access to high-quality headphones.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Strong knowledge of:
