What you'll be doing

The Internal Consulting Strategy Senior Associate sits within the Strategy function, serving as an “internal consulting” hub supporting the Group’s businesses to develop impactful strategies, enhancing their competitive positioning in the luxury market. Reporting to the Corporate Strategy Manager, this role requires advanced problem-solving skills, robust analytical skills a good understanding of the luxury industry. The Senior Associate will support the Internal Consulting Strategy team in developing strategic recommendations for various business questions.

Responsibilties

• Provide expertise as an internal consultant for the Group’s business units and brands to help them achieve their business ambitions

• Work closely with the BU/brand management teams in developing strategic initiatives around their business needs such as growth strategy, operations, marketing, etc

• Collaborate with the investments team on commercial due diligences

• Run individual project modules through qualitative and quantitative analysis, internal and external interviews, to the formulation of actionable business recommendations and creation of presentation-ready deliverables

• Understand the internal clients' business challenges and analyze and interpret data to identify meaningful insights to develop recommendations

• Support on initial problem structuring and support hypothesis development for project delivery

• Collaborate with the Strategic Insights team to leverage market data and stay updated on global and regional luxury trends

• Stay updated with prevailing trends in the luxury industry both regionally and globally and about how this impacts the Group’s business environment

• Cultivate strong working relationships with internal stakeholders

• Contribute to team growth and development by participating in training and development programs

What you’ll need to succeed

• 4-5 years of experience in management consulting, or a related field

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field. MBA or master’s degree is a plus

• Very strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze, interpret and challenge data

• Structured with advanced problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of business operations and procedures

• Familiarity with market research and data analysis techniques

• Good understanding of the luxury, beauty, and fashion retail industries

• Expertise in managing project workstreams with attention to accuracy and detail

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Experience working in a team-oriented environment and collaborating with various business stakeholders

• Strategic thinker and strong adaptation and fast learning curve

• Proactive hands-on mentality, curiosity, and a collaborative team player
