Finance Manager (Compliance and Governance)

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end tracking, analysis, and financial reporting for restricted donations
- Partner with the Fundraising team to ensure accurate expense allocation
- Develop, implement, and evaluate a global internal controls framework
- Lead compliance initiatives including annual tax filings in Brazil and the U.S.
- Develop and update global financial policies and identify process automation opportunities
- Support the Vice President of Finance with investment strategy execution
- Provide guidance and peer review of financial results
- Communicate financial information clearly to non-financial audiences
Requirements
- Experience in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
- Knowledge of financial management and accounting practices in Brazil
- Experience with international financial practices
- Proficiency in accounting principles and financial statements
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
- Ability to travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Master\'s degree in a relevant field
