Enterprise IT Sales Manager

Job Description
WEBSTEP is expanding its footprint in the UAE & Middle East and is looking for a results-driven Enterprise IT Sales Executive to spearhead business development initiatives across the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling IT solutions to enterprise clients and navigating complex sales cycles with strategic finesse.
Key Responsibilities
- Accelerate revenue growth by identifying and converting high-potential leads into long-term enterprise clients within the UAE & ME IT sector.
- Design and execute robust sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and evolving market dynamics.
- Build a strong sales pipeline, maintain accurate forecasting, and document activity through CRM platforms.
- Deliver high-impact sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that clearly articulate the value proposition of WEBSTEP's IT offerings.
- Conduct detailed client needs assessments to recommend integrated IT solutions spanning software, hardware, and managed services.
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers, acting as a trusted digital transformation partner.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Based in UAE with the flexibility to travel across Emirates & ME; UAE driving license is preferred.
- Self-starter with strong business acumen and the ability to operate autonomously and within cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage), with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B IT sales experience in the UAE & ME, with a solid track record in closing enterprise deals.
