Role summary
Owns the top of the funnel and the conversion to signed contracts. Builds and protects the client book. The bridge between commercial opportunity and operational delivery.
Key responsibilities
• Own the sales pipeline; report weekly to the CEO.
• Personally manage top-tier accounts and key new business pursuits.
• Coach Account Executives on quoting, negotiation, and follow-up.
• Set quote standards; ensure all quotes go out within 48 hours of brief.
• Own the CRM as the system of record for opportunities and accounts.
• Coordinate with marketing on case studies, content, and trade events (e.g. INDEX, Hotel Show, GITEX).
• Coordinate with the COO and HODs on quoting accuracy and feasibility.
• Build relationships with key UAE buyers: hotel banquet teams, corporate event managers, agencies, government event offices, ADNEC, DWTC.
Qualifications & experience
•5+ years in AVL / events sales or account management, ideally in UAE.
• Strong technical literacy; can speak credibly with a producer or technical director.
• Track record of closing six- and seven-figure accounts.
• CRM-disciplined (Salesforce, HubSpot, or rental software CRM modules).
• Strong network in UAE corporate, hospitality, and government event ecosystems preferred.
• Arabic language an advantage.

• Pipeline coverage (3x target rolling)
• Quote-out-within-48h rate
• Repeat business rate from key accounts
