We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Officer to drive sales growth, develop customer relationships, and achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Visit customers, clients, and prospects to promote products and services.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and other sales activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and other required documents.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements with customers within company guidelines.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and transactions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the Sales Manager.
• Ensure timely collection of payments, where applicable.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in sales or business development is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Target-driven and results-oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic sales reporting.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits when required.
• Valid driving license may be preferred for field-sales positions.
