About Our Client
Our client is a global aviation services company that provides luxury services for private aviation.
The Guest Experience Officer is responsible for creating a seamless, personalized, and memorable guest journey from arrival to departure. The role serves as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring exceptional service standards, proactive problem resolution, and close coordination with operational departments.
Qualifications:
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in:
- Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Tourism Management, Business Administration, Customer Experience Management., Communications Professional certifications are advantageous:
- Forbes Travel Guide – Luxury Hospitality Standards, Customer Service Excellence Certification, IATA Customer Service (for airport environments), First Aid/CPR
Experience
Minimum:
- 2–4 years in guest-facing hospitality or customer service roles Experience in one or more of:
- Airport VIP lounges, Executive terminals, Private aviation (FBO),Luxury restaurants, Fine dining, Cruise terminals, Premium retailor lifestyle hospitality Preferred:
- Experience serving VIPs,diplomats, executives, or high-net-worth individuals
- Experience handling guestcomplaints and service recovery
- Experience working in multicultural environments
