Al Khatim, Abu Dhabi (regular on-site time)
Role summary
Runs small to medium events end-to-end. Working their way toward Senior PM.
Key responsibilities
• Take handoff from Sales on assigned jobs; build spec, equipment list, crew plan, schedule.
• Build and own the job budget.
• Issue the Call Sheet for assigned events at least 48h before call time.
• Coordinate with Warehouse on prep and any sub-rental needs.
• Book freelance crew within the approved roster.
• On-site for load-in, show, and load-out.
• Lead post-event debrief; reconcile costs and raise the invoice.
Qualifications & experience
•3+ years in AVL or event production, ideally with PM or coordinator experience.
• Solid technical literacy across audio, lighting, and video.
• Strong organisation; uses the rental system and the calendar religiously.
• Comfortable client-facing.
• UAE driving licence essential.
