InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel & residence in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Greeting every guest with a warm smile as they arrive at our pool, gym, or spa, setting the tone for a relaxing, enjoyable experience.
• Keeping the recreation areas well maintained, safe, and inviting.
• Be the go-to expert for guests seeking information on our wellness services, facilities, or just a perfect place to unwind.
• Providing towels, refreshments, and other essentials while keeping inventory stocked and organized.
• Reporting any maintenance issues to promote a seamless experience.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

• Previous experience in recreation, guest service, or a wellness-related role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A friendly, energetic, and guest-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
