Male Livery Manager

We are looking for a Male Livery manager preferably from South Africa, Germany, the United Kingdom, US or Western Europe.
The Livery Manager Responsibilities / expertise:
• Should be able to run the Livery Stable on a day-to-day basis. • Have good communication skills for organizing staff and training apprentices. • Able to organize inspiring events to keep clients engaged and wanting more. • An extensive knowledge of the care and welfare of all horses and a sound veterinary knowledge. • Be able to laisse with working liveries • Knowledge in Showjumping and Dressage
JOB DETAILS:
LIVERY | STABLE | ARENA • Reporting to the General Manager • Respecting office working hours • Attending daily meeting with the team (when necessary) • Being on-call 24/7 when necessary • Dealing/liaising with livery clients • Ensure that any new livery client follows the standard procedure • Have good customer care skills • Have effective leadership and decision-making skills • Arranging a daily routine of horse care and stable management • Handling queries, problems and complaints • Managing staff and organising work rotas and arranging training (when necessary) • The grooms to report to you and you should offer your guidance at all times • No decision to be taken without the higher management approval in regards to horses hospital .
