Job Description
The ideal candidate should have strong relationship-building and client management skills, with the ability to maintain and grow long-term partnerships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. The role requires strong negotiation and influencing abilities, along with a customer-focused mindset to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Candidates should be results-driven, with good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle escalations effectively. Basic sales acumen, pipeline management, and familiarity with CRM systems are also important, along with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2-3 years of experience in client relationship management or real estate sales
Proven ability to manage and grow client accounts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Customer-focused mindset with high attention to service quality
Experience using CRM systems and managing client data
Ability to handle multiple accounts and meet retention targets
Strong coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills
