An opportunity is now available for an experienced E-Billing Specialist to support a National Commercial Bank in managing legal operations and e-billing processes. The role involves working remotely on an ongoing engagement, providing critical support across vendor management, invoice processing, and legal billing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new law firms and vendors into the e-billing system

• Process invoices and resolve billing-related issues

• Communicate with law firms and vendors regarding billing and payments

• Ensure payment compliance and accurate financial reporting

• Maintain supplier data and ensure ongoing compliance

• Monitor and troubleshoot e-billing system integration issues

• Support legal operations and vendor management activities
