Customer Service Specialist Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Reception and Enquiries: Welcome customers at the branch and respond to basic enquiries about vehicle inspection services via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
2. Inspection Appointment Scheduling: Record customer details, vehicle make and model, year, mileage, and inspection requirements. Coordinate appointment times with the relevant team members.
3. Customer Follow-up: Respond to customer enquiries promptly, follow up on appointments, customer visits, and inspection progress, and maintain accurate customer records.
4. Daily Branch Operations: Assist with order processing, service registration, document filing, payment records, and routine administrative tasks.
5. Customer Relationship Management: Communicate with customers after inspections, collect service feedback, and maintain positive customer relationships.
6. Team Coordination: Work closely with vehicle inspection technicians to ensure smooth communication, appointment scheduling, and coordination throughout the inspection process.

2. Qualifications and Requirements

1. Good communication skills, a strong customer service attitude, and a high sense of responsibility. Must be organized, careful, and detail-oriented.
2. Basic computer skills, including the ability to use WhatsApp, Microsoft Excel, and other common office software.
3. Fluent in Chinese, with sufficient English communication skills to handle routine customer enquiries.
4. Previous experience in customer service, front-desk reception, the automotive industry, sales support, or administration is preferred.
5. Familiarity with daily life and the working environment in Dubai is an advantage.
6. Ability to handle daily tasks proactively, work well in a team, and manage time effectively.
