Customer Service Representative

Al Salehi is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join its team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a technical background with strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer support throughout the vehicle service process.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating service appointments, providing service updates, and working closely with technicians to ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and technical teams.

• Good understanding of vehicle service processes is preferred.
