Concentrix is hiring a Customer Service Representative – Financial for a remote opportunity in the United States. This role is ideal for customer-focused professionals who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and delivering excellent service experiences for well-known global brands.
The successful candidate will provide customer support, handle inquiries, document interactions, and assist customers with financial-related services. Concentrix provides training, technology support, and career development opportunities to help employees grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide inbound customer support by following established call flow procedures.
• Assist customers with resolving basic technical and service-related issues.
• Track, document, and retrieve customer information through company databases.
• Recommend additional products or services when appropriate.
• Deliver professional and positive customer experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case details.
• Support team goals while meeting quality and performance standards.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• 6+ months of soft sales experience, including upselling, recommending products/services, or telemarketing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address.
• Open availability to support business requirements.
• Ability to work from a quiet and distraction-free home environment.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to learn new technologies.
• Good computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Access to a desktop or laptop for testing and work requirements.
• High-speed internet connection (no wireless, hotspot, or satellite connections).
• Smartphone availability.
