Business Intelligence Manager
You will be part of fast-paced ‘Saudi Arabia+’ cluster and will lead high-impact initiatives that fuel the market’s next growth cycle, translating complex analytics into sharp business recommendations! You will support the organization by creating a solid base of Business Insights through translating complex data into simple and easy-to-understand business recommendations.
The position will be based in Dubai and report to Strategic Insights & Business Intelligence Lead Manager Saudi+.
Position:
The Business Intelligence Manager will be responsible for:
- Continuously enhance and optimize the existing Saudi+ consumer–territory matrix by further integrating multi-source data through leveraging Business Intelligence tools.
- Own and enhance the Market Simulation Model to deliver forward-looking, multi-category insights through continuous data integration and dynamic tax and pricing scenario modeling, enabling proactive responses to evolving market and competitive dynamics.
- Set up, create and maintain automated business reporting tools and dashboards while establishing proper database management and ensuring data accuracy.
- Develop new and highly applicable business-driven solutions to support a consumer-centric M&S Operations and drive efficiencies through process automation.
- Report proactively hidden business opportunities and flag issues supported by sound data analysis. Recommend subsequent strategic course of action to support business growth.
Requirements:
- MA/BA Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration or Engineering
- At least 10+ years proven experience in Marketing & Sales, Strategic Insights and Business Intelligence (preferably in FMCG industry)
- Fluency in English. Arabic language is a plus
- Proficiency in M&S Excel, ArcGIS, Python, R, Power BI, QLIK, SQL, Data Modeling and Data Analysis
