Senior Distribution & Logistics Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound shipments from suppliers to 3PL warehouses and outbound shipping to customers
- Oversee 3PL relationships including performance reviews, SLAs, and cost management
- Lead warehouse/DC operations including QA, pick/pack/ship, and inventory accuracy
- Implement and manage logistics KPIs, SOX compliance, ISO standards, and quarterly business reviews
- Execute customer routing guides and support logistics for trade shows and display unit fabrication
- Manage transportation logistics, including freight carrier selection, import/export compliance, and hazmat handling
- Own cost and lead time optimization, freight payment, and risk mitigation
- Support rework, reconfiguration, SKU conversions, and rebalancing efforts for inventory optimization
- Oversee NPI Logistics, RMA, EOL, and scrap processes
- Facilitate product sorting, firmware reflashing, CTO, soft bundling, and overpacking
Requirements
- 8+ years of logistics/supply chain experience
- 3–5 years of leadership experience
- Strong experience managing 3PL operations and relationships
- Experience in consumer electronics or similar industry preferred
- Strong understanding of transportation logistics, import/export regulations, and compliance standards
- Proficiency in NetSuite highly desired
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
Preferred Qualifications
- Import/export certification or broker license
