TRIO CAFE UAE is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and enhance operational performance across its expanding café network. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with strong expertise in multi-unit operations, supply chain management, procurement, and business growth strategies.
The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, optimize costs, improve profitability, manage high-performing teams, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Candidates with experience in fast-paced, high-volume café or restaurant environments and a proven record of operational excellence are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage operations across multiple café locations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and business growth.
• Manage supply chain, procurement, logistics, and inventory control processes.
• Drive sales performance and profitability through effective operational planning.
• Monitor costs and implement measures to improve financial performance.
• Ensure consistent service quality and maintain operational standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing hospitality teams.
• Implement strategic initiatives to support business expansion.
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing multi-unit restaurant or café operations.
• Strong background in hospitality operations, supply chain, procurement, and logistics.
• Experience leading teams in a high-volume café or restaurant environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive operational excellence and business performance.
Strong knowledge of:
• Café and restaurant operations management.
• Supply chain, procurement, and logistics management.
• Inventory control, cost optimization, and profitability improvement.
• Team leadership and hospitality service standards.
