As part of the opening of Monsieur Paul , Les Maisons Bocus e are recruiting the talents who will form the founding kitchen and front-of-house teams for this exceptional project in the Middle East.

We are looking for our future Assistant Pastry Chef , ready to embody excellence and the highest standards of French gastronomy.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head Pastry Chef, you will:
Support the Head Pastry Chef in the daily organization of the pastry kitchen
Supervise production and ensure consistency with Maison standards
Lead, train, and mentor the pastry team
Contribute to dessert creation and seasonal menu development
Monitor food cost control and adherence to technical recipes
Oversee stock management, ordering, and inventory
Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
Play an active role in the successful pre-opening phase
Skills & Soft Skills:
Formal training in pastry (or equivalent)
Significant experience in fine dining or high-end establishments
Previous supervisory experience
Excellent mastery of French pastry techniques
Strong leadership, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to work in a demanding, multicultural environment
We Offer:
Monthly Salary : AED 17,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
