Tower Crane Operator

Responsibilities
- Operate the tower crane to lift move and position materials with precision and safety
- Conduct daily inspections of crane equipment to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety standards
- Coordinate with site supervisors and ground crew to facilitate safe and efficient material handling
- Maintain clear communication through hand signals or radio with site personnel to ensure accurate load placement
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in crane operation is preferred.
- Valid tower crane operator certification from a recognized authority is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating tower cranes on construction sites.
- Proven track record of safety compliance and operational efficiency in fast-paced environments.
